Pricing?
Q: How much does it cost to rent a Juicebox?

A: Juicebox powerbanks are priced between $10-$15 per 30 minute period, and require a $60 deposit to ensure the return of the powerbank.
Locations?
Q: Where are Juicebox machines located?

A: There are currently Juicebox stations at four major CBD bars/nightlife venues in Adelaide. These are; Black Bull/Stables, Plain Jane, Sora on Pirie and the General Havelock Hotel.
How To?
Q: How does Juicebox work?
A: Simply scan the QR code on the station, follow the prompts to rent a powerbank, and you’ll be charged a small fee while you use it. When you’re done, return it to any Juicebox station.
App?
Q: Do I need to download an app?
A: No — everything can be done through your phone’s browser. Just scan and go.
Forgotten to Return?
Q: What if I forget to return the powerbank?
A: If you keep it past the maximum rental period, it will be considered a purchase and you’ll be charged a flat fee to keep it.
If you reach out to support, we will make every endeavour to refund your money if the powerbanks can be returned at any point.
MY Device?
Q: What devices can the powerbanks charge?
A: Juicebox powerbanks come with built-in cables for iPhone (Lightning), USB-C, and Micro-USB — covering almost all devices.
Faults?
Q: What if the powerbank doesn’t work?
A: Rarely, a faulty powerbank may slip through. If this happens, return it immediately and rent another. Contact support and we’ll refund your charge.
